Straight answers

Why does everything start with the assessment?

Because nobody should pay to install something before it is counted. The assessment names the one thing worth changing, measures what it costs you today, and gives you a plan you can run without us. If nothing is worth installing, the report says so, and you keep the report.

Can I skip to the monthly services?

The Director and the managed service both start from the assessment's report, so no. The assessment is where the plan comes from.

Is there a contract?

The assessment is a fixed-fee agreement. The monthly services are month to month; cancel any time before the next billing date.

Do you promise results?

We promise counted workflow results: inquiries answered, appointments kept, invoices paid, hours back. We never promise revenue, and nobody honest can.
