The free discovery call names the first workflow worth inspecting; the paid Follow-Up Audit verifies it in your own timestamps, handoffs, and outcomes; the 14-day installation goes live only inside boundaries you set; and the result is measured before and after, from your own systems.
Three rules hold everywhere: routine work runs only from a playbook you approved word for word; money, health, and sensitive moments always stop for a human; and no revenue number is ever promised; KeenHand commits to measured workflow performance, verified by you. If the honest answer is “you don’t need this,” that’s the answer you get, in writing.

It serves owner-led local service businesses; installations run remotely, so the service area is wherever your tools already are. KeenHand runs on the same follow-up system it installs.
